 Most of the best zombie games feature level ups, new weapons, and nightly waves of zombies to attack. Dead of Night is the same style of game, although it focuses much more on strategy and base building then just having the most powerful weapons. In Dead of Night, you must fortify your base with strong walls and traps - and you've got a medic and a scientist to protect so that they can help you win. The zombies come in very large waves and amusingly burst into flames every morning, so as long as your base allows you to survive the night you'll stay alive even if you don't kill every zombie. The poster above has a point. At some point of the game it's simply impossible to keep up with the zombies, since you can't earn enough money just to patch up the damaged barricades, what's left about updates, ammo and traps?

ok dude whover created this. i beg of you make a sequal. cool game but to damn hard. make and easy,medium,and a hard thing but also make things cheaper so we can actually win and as nights go buy make the zombies worth more. and please for god sake fix the glich were medics and the scientists dont do anything my people and cades are still hurt and are never fixed. patch up this game or make a new one it would be awesome.

The style of the game itself is wonderful, it's the type of zombie game I'd like to play.
However the game is too slow, you get money too slow, upgrades are too much, and you get bored during the long drawn out nights just clicking every couple of seconds. Day time is actually interesting, setting up your base and what not, unfortunatly that only takes a moment do to minuscule amounts of funds. As the poster above me said, make a part 2 and fix it up. ...

still working on a solid strategy. i got to night 15 with a straight row of gunmen spaced out in four groups of two, but haven't gotten past night 8 since then. i agree that it does become really difficult and that somewhat cheaper costs, maybe more gold per kill, or possibly some kind of interest system within the 'bank'. overall, this is a pretty awesome strategy game that keeps me coming back for another go.
