How do you take over the whole world? I took over everywhere except West Europe and started in East Europe.They closed their borders and everywere else was infected by panic or by plane

Holy Crap I figured out the secret to the game, its a spoiler but read on...
You build up your viruses infectivity by buying transmission upgrades, until it gets close to when the riots start, then you start removing upgrades so that they think the virus is dying out, then when you've infected all the countries rocket it back up and kill them all!!!
Took me forever but boy was it fun!!!

All you have to do is keep your visibility low, and then upgrade once all continents are infected. I got ranked 7... awesome.

just make sure vis is low and u get airbore and waterborne as fast as you can, also get to every contenent

Easy. Tone down lethality and visibility and bump up transmission in the beginning. Wait for a good number of people in each region to get infected and then load it on them.

This game is impossible to win. Even if you infect the world you can't infect west Europe. Even if you start in WE than you can't spread it to other countries.

let me revise my last said statement: Actually you can win just takes time.

Found out the easy way to win. Get the max infectivity and then take all the effects it causes off then let it take over and people just get infected and don't die then get a huge amount of points then load the symptoms on them

Actually, it is possible to win, I've won many times.
All u need to do is turn off all the ways to kill a person on the left column and make sure that u turn off the ONLY human virus. Also, turn on the waterborn, airborn, survivibiltiy outside host, water and heat resistant. Then let it infect everyone until all the countries are infected. Then turn on all the ones on the left column for a fast and easy hit.

P.S. Don't use any herbs or first aid sprays, once hacked, it will put your health to danger if use a health reviver, and worse you could dye immediately, though you will have to hack it again, but the hack wears off very now and then so ekeep doing it.

I put an end to mankind the game is actually pretty easy all you have to do is make it resistant and all of that but dont turn on a bunch of death sindromeswhen you make it airborne and able to take over the water well once the people start to riot from 100000 people being killed turn off all the death sindromes and wait until every place is infected then you will have many points to spend soturn on all the death sindromes and keep on clicking the go button until you concored mankind.Boy this message is long!

Turn on airborne and waterborne as quickly as you can, and turn off all of the symptoms.
Then upgrade all of the transmission stats to max, and wait for every country to become infected.
Then turn on high lethality symptoms ie. necrosis, immune system and hemorrhaging. Continure to turn on symptoms till you kill 'em all!
