Canadian made dead give away

altgough the film started out slow and dragged a little, it was suprisingly good at setting a mood w/ the music and somber light settings...I didn't like the Brian character too much, mostly b/c his tone was drab and monotone, but the chick made up for it by being somewhat hot, lol...all in all, the film was great for being independently done and Canadians rule by the way...unfortunately, the ending was somewhat expected ::the cutaway camera followed by the scream::.....4/5 stars

Pretty good for an indie film

excellent short film you used your wits on this however the music needed to be cut down a tad it seemed to be too long. I was impressed on how you improvised with finishing the zombie off without cheezy special effects but in the distance the tal grass hides him pounding the zombie to death with a crow bar awesome. in addition the car scene driving needed to also be cut down in time and a bit more special effects make up needs to be invested but overall I enjoyed it for an amateur attempt. Keep working on it Your on the right track. My only advice more zombies and more screaming also the ending was funny with the keys but It needs to be more realistic in that she doesn't wait fo him to give her the keys but takes them also she should have stood in front of the car instead of chasing it forcing the driver to stop and then the boyfriend gets him while she get away in the other car just an idea. Good work though I was impressed.....Peace

Damn that was good. Still, that ending was a bit cheesy. Couldn't you have like made them hotwire the truck? And that fight seen with the zombie attacking Brian, couldn't you have the girl attack the zombie while attacked Brian? I have alot of things you could put into your film but that was the best god damn movie I have seen in a while. overall: 87.96

It was great but there a few things i didnt rly like..the fight scene..were brian was attacked..it was ok but the biteing wasnt that cool..it didnt look real and brian didnt scream like a guy dhould we they get bittin..but the wound was pretty real looking.the the ending was expected with the cut away camera the scream.. also why didnt the girl run further.
